Gavin also has many years of construction and flooring experience, as well as driving and logistics knowledge. “I’m not here to provide average results boss man” is a common quote! This guy is up to the challenge and strives to provide a safe efficient jobsite! 

 level of work and it has taken to create something bigger and better equipped for success as a vessel than I started with. I’m excited to know that I’ve created something of value to pass on to the next generation of floor layers and the industry as I move on to the next chapter of my life. That being said let’s introduce my new partners in acquisition and the rest of the team! I’m not going anywhere for at least a year or so though! This team’s success is my number one priority after providing for my beautiful wife and 8-year-old daughter. Outside of work and family I seek the most enjoyment out of the couple of music/band projects that I am currently involved in, as well as travel/ /camping/ boating and car shows.

Gavin is exited for the opportunity to grow this company with the intent of partnered acquisition with Alan as a major goal!

Outside of employment Gavin spends his time working around the family plot and the livestock. His family consist of a Wife and three kids, two boys and one girl.

He also enjoys “anything outdoors” and makes sure to plan at least one or two trips a year down to Arkansas to do some pig hunting with friends and family. I have heard stories about squid fishing near Seattle and fishing stories in general from this guy!

Nathan is our ride or die guy! This guy knows how to pace himself for the marathon that is flooring at times. I have had the chance on several occasions to work by this guy’s side and he is very consistent in his efforts and his attitude. Its all to easy to get upset or overwhelmed at the end of a long week or project and throw in the towel.

Outside of employment Britt enjoys rockhounding and foraging of any kind. She enjoys her plants/gardening and fancies the idea of homesteading at some capacity. Britt also enjoys quality time traveling with our family and dog Ruben. She feels fortunate that BSI has provided the flexibility to be available for our family first while still being a valuable part of the team!

Nathan is the type of teammate you want by your side when you need to push for the goal post!

Outside of work Nathan enjoys reading on Reddit and snowboarding with his brother as much as possible! He also enjoys the company of his animals as well as gaming.

Ruben is a part time worker at BSI. He looks forward to ever opportunity gets to join the team and make his rounds in the lot. He is always exited to greet our members and customers. You don’t want to be the trash guy though, that guys truck is sketchy…

Ruben enjoys basking in the sun on leftover carpet scraps whenever possible. He also enjoys hunting wabbits, long walks on the beach and anything water related! We have seen this guy hold his breath for several seconds while retrieving objects!
